Neodymium magnets (also called rare earth, permanent, high-power or NdFeB) are the most powerful magnets in the world. They are incredibly strong, so be careful when handling them. As a magnet factory, we have rich experience in magnet production, whether it is a super large magnet as large as 250*40mm, or a small magnet as small as a hair. We have all produced. The following is a summary of our experience

Warnings

1. Be careful to avoid injury or damage to the magnets.
2. Keep magnets away from pacemakers and other devices that are sensitive to magnetic fields.
3. Keep them away from children, they are not toys.
4. Magnets can pinch your hands. Take care of your fingers!
5. Neodymium magnets may crack or shatter when dropped or bumped against each other or magnetic surfaces.
6. Keep magnets away from each other and magnetic surfaces to avoid breakage.
7. Magnetic debris may have sharp edges.
8. Do not touch the magnets if you are allergic to nickel.
9. The magnetic field of powerful magnets can affect credit cards, magnetic IDs, tapes, and hard drives. They can also damage TVs, set-top boxes, tape recorders, computers, monitors and other electronic devices.
10. Neodymium magnets lose their strength at high temperatures. Do not heat up the magnets.
11. Neodymium magnets ignite due to friction. Do not saw or drill them.
12. Transport magnets in insulating packaging. If you want to ship it by air cargo or by express, you need to make an IATA certificate. without it, parcel will behold by express or airport. Large neodymium magnets only can ship by sea.

How to connect and disconnect neodymium magnets

Why are plastic inserts needed?

Your neodymium magnet kit may have plastic spacers between the magnets. These spacers create space to make the magnets easier to separate from each other. Try not to lose these gaskets.

How to detach one magnet from a stack of magnets

The main thing is to slide each magnet off the stack. Do not try to pry the magnet off or remove it from the top as this may break the magnet. Until you get a feel for how to do this, you may be able to detach 2 magnets at once. Use the same technique to separate them. It will be hard. Use non-magnetic objects for shearing.  Pls

About the power of magnets

What is breakout force or traction force? This is the pulling force that must be applied to separate one magnet from another, or to pull a neodymium magnet off a flat steel sheet at a 90 degree angle. The pull-off force does not mean that you will need this amount of force to separate the magnet from the metal. As a rule, under normal conditions, if the magnet is in contact with the metal with its entire surface area, half of the indicated power is sufficient to tear the magnet off.
